We've done numerous sim swaps (Costing R63 a shot + no refund when their bright idea didn't work) and so forth, yet nothing works. We've been to just about every Vodacom store in areas that we’ve been to the last few months, ranging from Gateway to Scottburgh, to Vodacom in Jeffereys Bay who did the contract for me and nobody can help. Not cool! Went back to vodacom and they sorted it out.įast forward about 8 months later, suddenly it went back to the 060 number and I'm not receiving my TopUp credits. However, when I got the new sim card and phone I realised that it wasn't ported successfully and I received an 060 number. When I applied for the contract I also requested to port my existing number (082 - been coming with me for years) from my prepaid sim card I had then. It's a TopUp Flexi Account or something like that. I've been on a contract since February last year, paying around R220 per month. So I've had absolutely ENOUGH of Vodacom and it's crap. ![]()
